Sunset West Limited Warranty
The following warranty information is for the product branded Sunset West only. For all other brands, refer to the warranty card provided with the product. Sunset West products have been designed to provide aesthetically pleasing looks, comfort and durability. Only the highest quality materials are used in Sunset West products. If a product is received or becomes defective, a Return Authorization form needs to be completed. An RA form is available upon request from Sunset West. Products that are defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion during the warranty period at no charge. This is a limited warranty.
Abusive or unreasonable use is not covered. Nor is normal wear and tear including fading and discoloration caused by chemical contact. Sunset West does not warranty any of our products against acts of God, including, but not limited to fire, ice, wind damage and earthquakes. Also, living near the ocean can cause premature weathering of the finish and is not warranted. For optimal performance while living in the salt air, we suggest that the frames are covered while not in use and rinsed off monthly with fresh water. Non-proprietary items such as glass or other table top surfaces are also not covered.
The Del Mar Collection frames and finishes are warranted for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The La Jolla Collection frames and finishes are warranted for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The San Clemente Collection frames and finishes are warranted for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The Newport Collection frames and finishes are warranted for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The Malibu Collection wicker is guaranteed for a period of 3 YEARS against noticeable fading and discoloration. Frames are guaranteed for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The Huntington Collection wicker is guaranteed for a period of 3 YEARS against noticeable fading and discoloration. Frames are guaranteed for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The Santa Barbara Collection wicker is guaranteed for a period of 3 YEARS against noticeable fading and discoloration. Frames are guaranteed for a period of 5 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
The Encinitas Collection frames and finishes are warranted for a period of 3 YEARS when used in a residential setting.
Cushions
All cushions are made with all weather materials. Sunset West uses Sunbrella fabrics exclusively. Please refer to the Sunbrella website for care and maintenance information: www.sunbrella.com. Cushions are warranted for 1 YEAR against manufacture and material defects.
