Quality Manufacturing

We use only quality materials for our Aluminum and Wrought Iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum with thicker outer walls and inner channels can last a lifetime.

Our finishing process includes the polishing, cleansing and pre-treatment of the raw metal frames, and then a baked-on powder coat is applied for a strong, long-lasting, scratch-resistant surface that can weather the dog days of summer and beyond.

All joints are fully welded so there are no weak points, offering significantly sturdier frames than assembled furniture.

We use only the most durable UV-inhibitors along with virgin resin to create our wicker (HDPE) - no fillers are added to the resin and no recycled scraps are used. This protects against premature aging and failure due to cracking.

The wicker wraps fully welded and powder coated aluminum frames for years of worry free structural integrity. No rust!

Non-marking plastic glides allow for the product to be moved without marring the hardscape or furniture bases.

Our proprietary progressive springing system built into all our deep seating provides three levels of support. This allows for the same comfort level and seating geometry for someone that weighs 125 pounds as someone that weighs 350 pounds.

Our Driftwood and Natural Rustic Teak materials are consciously sourced solid, kiln-dried teak wood.

We utilize most of the raw teak including knots, sap wood and other rustic features to maintain the natural character and antiqued feel of each finished piece of furniture - no two pieces are exactly alike.

Our multi-step distressing and finish begins with a mold and mildew inhibitor and is sealed with Golden Care® Teak-Shield.

All Fire Tables are made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRFC).

All tables are rated at a minimum of 55,000 and up to 100,000 BTUs. Burner units are made from high quality 304 stainless steel with a floating burner. They are tested for wind, rain and clearance and carry a UL listing.

Burners can run from 8-16 hours using a standard 20 lb. propane tank.

All tables are set up for LP/propane and include parts to convert to natural gas

Style, comfort and durability are our guiding principles, which is why we manufacture all cushions in house and use Sunbrella® performance fabrics for our stock and custom cushions. We will also work with a Customer’s Own Material (COM) if desired. Learn more about our custom made cushions here.

Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8” thick and provide the perfect balance of firm with cozy.

All cushions are water, weather and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed.

We use a premium 1.8 density foam for cushion filler as our standard. Highly Resilient (or HR) foam is more dense and used for commercial or high traffic use. All cushion foam is encased in Dacron® fiber wrapping for an additional outer supple layer.
